Other Countries: 10-30+ days

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
I'm not in love with my Flip Plush, can it be returned?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.
If it's damaged, please email us within 7 days of it arriving with photos of the damage.
Our support team will evaluate the damages and if accepted, we give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or autofilled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm.
Once you double check that the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at info@flipplush.com with the correct address.
Please understand that if you wait too long to contact us and the order goes through, we aren't responsible for any lost items due to the incorrect address. Before we ship out orders, we always check any and all emails regarding these issues. Thanks for understanding.
